These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and website operated by QurDlanok (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings defined below throughout this document:

Service — the platform, tools, features, and professional offerings made available by QurDlanok via qurdlanok.com and related subdomains.
User — any individual or entity that accesses, registers for, or interacts with the Service.
Account — a registered profile created by a User to access personalized features of the Service.
Content — any data, code, documentation, materials, or deliverables created, submitted, or transmitted through the Service.
Smart Contract — a self-executing program deployed on a blockchain network, developed or facilitated through the Service.
Work Plan — an individualized roadmap prepared by QurDlanok for a specific User based on their stated goals and requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Use of the Service on behalf of an organization constitutes acceptance of these Terms by that organization, and you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.

3.2 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us promptly at contact@qurdlanok.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Integrity

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, share your Account with third parties, or use another person's Account without their explicit consent.

4. Nature of the Service

QurDlanok provides professional online services focused on smart contract development and deployment. These services are delivered on an individualized basis, with direct specialist interaction and a personalized Work Plan tailored to each client's requirements. The Service operates transnationally and is available to clients regardless of their country of residence.

The Service does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice. Smart contracts and blockchain deployments carry inherent technical and economic risks. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before deploying any deliverable produced through the Service.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted use includes:

Engaging with assigned specialists to develop smart contract solutions for legitimate business purposes.
Submitting accurate project requirements and technical specifications.
Accessing deliverables, documentation, and communications provided through your Account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following:

Using the Service to develop tools intended to defraud, exploit, or harm individuals or organizations.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary source code belonging to QurDlanok's internal systems.
Transmitting malicious code, automated bots, or scripts that disrupt Service functionality.
Circumventing access controls, security measures, or authentication mechanisms.
Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the intended purpose of your project.
Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without prior written authorization.
Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 QurDlanok Ownership

All proprietary systems, internal tooling, methodologies, branding, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive intellectual property of QurDlanok. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in such materials to you.

7.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment of applicable fees, and subject to any specific agreement in your Work Plan, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables developed exclusively for you may be transferred or licensed as specified in your service agreement. Absent a written agreement to the contrary, QurDlanok retains all rights in deliverables until payment is complete.

7.3 User-Provided Materials

You retain ownership of materials you submit to QurDlanok. By submitting such materials, you grant QurDlanok a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of performing the requested services.

8. Payments and Fees

8.1 Pricing

Fees for services are communicated individually based on the scope and complexity of each project. All pricing is confirmed prior to work commencement.

8.2 Payment Obligations

You agree to pay all fees as specified in your Work Plan or service agreement. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of service delivery and withholding of deliverables.

8.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the terms established in your individual service agreement. General refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at QurDlanok's discretion.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information exchanged in the course of service delivery as confidential. QurDlanok will not disclose your project details, business requirements, or technical specifications to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the Service through trusted subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QurDlanok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of the Service or any deliverable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that smart contracts developed through the Service will be free from vulnerabilities, errors, or that they will perform as intended on any specific blockchain network under all conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QurDlanok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or losses arising from smart contract failures or blockchain network conditions.

QurDlanok's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QurDlanok, its personnel, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; any project deliverable deployed at your instruction; or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Third-Party Services and Blockchain Networks

The Service may involve integration with or deployment to third-party blockchain networks, protocols, and infrastructure. QurDlanok does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, reliability, security, or availability of such third-party systems. You assume all risks associated with third-party platforms and network conditions, including gas fee fluctuations, network congestion, forks, and protocol changes.

14. Modifications to the Service

QurDlanok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

16.1 By You

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at contact@qurdlanok.com. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

16.2 By QurDlanok

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service or other users.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall continue to apply.

17. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair and balanced manner. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting QurDlanok at contact@qurdlanok.com. QurDlanok operates as a transnational service and applies these Terms uniformly across all clients regardless of geographic location.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement or Work Plan, constitute the entire agreement between you and QurDlanok with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
